The Space:
Welcome to our third-floor 180 sq | 1938 sq ft condo in Paramar VIVA that will whisk you away on a nature-chic adventure for 6 for the Tulum dream stay you’re after!

As you enter the condo, you’re greeted by an overwhelming sense of calm, with soothing earth tones and natural decor and a spacious, bright and airy open-plan layout.

You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy dining in style at the hand-carved wood table for four, plus an extra three stools at the kitchen’s breakfast bar if needed.

For relaxing downtime moments at home, there’s a cozy TV sitting area with a sofa and large wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV where you can log into your streaming accounts and chillax after a long day of adventure.

You’ll have direct access from the TV sofa area to the spacious private balcony with a view of fresh green jungle foliage. You’ll have some chairs and a cushioned swing chair to enjoy a beverage, read, rest or just BE!

Finally, when it’s time to retire for the night, you’ll have two stylish bedrooms, one with a plush king bed, an ensuite bathroom access shared with the main living area, and a small balcony with two comfortable Acapulco chairs to relax with a refreshing beverage and lovely tropical views. The other bedroom has two comfy double beds, an ensuite bathroom, a TV and a mini-fridge!

Additional amenities include WiFi for the remote worker, a washer-dryer combo, an iron and ironing board for added convenience, a safe box for your valuables, some drinkable water, beach essentials, fresh towels and linens.

Let’s not forget the communal amenities at the Paramar VIVA. You’ll have access to their rooftop pool, lounge, covered dining and bar area, two-floor, air-conditioned gym, massage room (you can bring in your own masseuse and use the beds whenever they’re available!), dry sauna, kid's club, games room/rec room, coworking area, open-air lobby lounge and beautiful spaces to enjoy a relaxing moment.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in the middle of the action, between the beach (a 4-to-5-mile drive) and the heart of Tulum’s town (2 miles)! Both the town and beach areas offer awesome restaurants, shops, and fun stuff to do. Plus, the Tulum Mayan Ruins are 4 miles down the road. Whether you're a food fanatic, a shopaholic, a beach-goer, or an adventure junkie, this area gives you easy access to it all!

Getting Around:
The property is 43.4 km or 27 miles from the Tulum International Airport (TQO) and about 122 km or 76 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

- Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.
- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours at the complex must be respected.
- There’s a $100 USD fine for breaking any of the above rules.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival, but please stop at the reception first to register before going to the condo. Thank you!
