Beautiful 4 bedroom villa located between Soleman bay and Tankah bay, the best location for people who want a quite place and untouched nature. The house is 50 meters in front of the beach which is just across the little road . Tankah is a very unique place its still a virgin beach, no people around only wonderful sea and beautiful nature.On the beach you can see turtles nesting .The beach is sandy but the entrance to the sea is rocky. Don’t forget to bring your beach shoes and snorkeling equipment to see the beautiful corals in the sea.
House has big fully equipped kitchen ,living room and dinning room . We have a large dining area outside. There are 4 bedrooms in the house . Each room has air condition and private toilet, the beds are comfortable for a good nights sleep, We provide 3 type of towels, shampoo and soap. For family with kids we provide everything needed for children including baby cot, potty, baby chair , toys,books, etc. (Please request in advance).We have a huge ocean view terrace for you to enjoy the best sunsets and sunrise in Mexico, big pool with palapa hammocks and a large sitting area with comfortable armchairs.
It will be the best place for you to spend time together and enjoy your vacation.
If you like adventure there are 4 different adventure parks near this area. World known historical place Tulum just 15 min drive. Parking is available next to the house . If you walk 10 minutes from the house you will find the famous Casa Cenote where you can swim and snorkel in emerald green water or do kayaking.. Next to the house there are 5 restaurants with amazing ocean view where you can try typical Mexican food. For our special guests we have private chef service available .
For guest who like to discover Rivera Maya and Yucatan we can help to organize any excurcion, we have 3 types of fishing and diving boats for rent so you can catch the biggest fish in the Caribbean or go diving or snorkeling with us and discover underwater world. Great for a group of 9 friends!
Pros: - 1 minute walk to the beach - Great pool in the back yard (fully enclosed) with string lights - Master bedroom - large covered rooftop area to sit in swinging bed, hammock, or chairs while overlooking the ocean. Also no bugs here due to the ocean breeze. - Kitchen and fridge for making and storing your own food - Parking for rental cars (would recommend if you plan on leaving the place most days. Taxis will get expensive). - Great price for what you get compared to the options I saw - Staff located nearby and are quick to assist with any issues Cons: - mosquitos (during May at least) made the outdoor table tough to use at night. Impossible without lots of bug spray. - only master suite gets their own room. Other two rooms have 2 queens. - Far drive (10 minutes?) from the main road with many speed bumps.

Beautiful spot. Across the road from the ocean with a lovely view. Currently, construction all around, so the view will be better when that has finished. Kitchen was big and the dinning/kitchen/living room all open concept for a great family experience. 2 bedrooms and baths downstairs. Outside is an iguana that loves to lounge by the pool and geckos all around at night. Upstairs is a single bedroom & bath, which was a great place for our daughter to nap without being disturbed by other people downstairs. There are severe good restaurants down the road, so not cooking wasn’t a problem. Casa Cenote was walkable as well, which is a lovely experience. AC worked great. Challenges we found with the house: Obviously there had been a fire in the kitchen and only one burner worked, and only sort of. Cooking was a bit frustrating. The upstairs room smelled like sewer if the windows were not left open just right. The pool has no stairs or ladder to exit. This presented a challenge for my parents when swimming, but the we’re able to make it work. Images imply the house is on the water, the ocean is across the road and and down a short trail. No welcome binder with area information was available. Some local info and what to do in emergencies or if issues arise would be amazing.

Beautiful Home with 5-star hosts
I stayed here with my family including kids age 5 & 7, my husband and my parents for a week in January/February 2022. It was a perfect set up for our family in terms of space. The yard/pool were great for relaxing and the kids had fun playing there. The home is spacious and comfortable. The hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive. We felt very safe in the area. There were good restaurants, beaches, and Casa Cenote all on the same road so we didn't have to go far to enjoy the area. We didn't use the beach as it was pretty windy and wavy most days we were there. The only downside was the construction--we didn't mind the sound so much, but there were projects going on on both sides of the house, both sides of the road, so at times there were big trucks or other cars parked close that made it harder to turn around or get in/out of the property during daytime hours. Usually it only resulted in a small delay however.

Just was great helped with transportation and questions we had. House has everything you need. Lots of wild life around the outside of house probably bring bug spray lol have your own transportation. 30 mins from tulum

Perfect family stay
Thank You Nadia for a wonderful 6 night stay. Everything was very well taken care of, even stopping by to make sure all was well. Our two young daughters loved the pool. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It is a getaway location, 20 minutes from town, but that's what makes it quiet! I know the house would benefit from keeping the front doors open to let in the ocean brieze.

Beautiful Home, Great Location
This house was the perfect place to call home for our week in Mexico. It was clean, spacious and quiet. We had no safety concerns since it is located in a gated community with private security regularly patrolling. The pool was great when we got too hot from the beach. The upper deck area provides an incredible view of the beach and water. Sunrises were amazing! It is about a 15 min drive to the center of Tulum. We liked this location because it was easy enough to get in and out of the Tulum and explore different parts of the town without feeling tied to one area. Thank you!

Very nice house.we enjoy a lot staying there.From outside house is nothing special but its very beatiful inside, has very cool furniture.sofas and beds are new and super comfortable.house has well equiped kitchen.it has evrything what needed for cooking. there is a stuff he is name Flash.he is very helpful.he is leaving next house. Nadia and Leo very attentive The only downside house doesnt have washing mashine but Nadia recomend us loundry servise its very cheap and good .

Very nice villa in a nice and quiet location.
Vila Tankah is in a quiet road and when you cross the road you walk strait to the rocky beach. The villa is part of a double house which shares the garden and swimming pool. The other part of the house is not often rented so you can have the garden and swimming pool for your self. The decoration is not our tast but sufficient. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom on de roof. You need to use the outdoor staircase to reach it. There is also a large terras with seaview on the roof next to the upstairs bedroom. There are a view nice restarants in walking distance. One is around the corner on the beach where you can also swim in the sea. There is always a guy around. His name is Flash and he can help you with everything. For us the garden was very nice. Because of the hard seawind it was nice to have a shelterd place to relax. There is good airconditioning, cable tv and a nice kitchen. Unfortunatly there is no dishwasher. Tulum town is 15 minutes away. When you go the nice seastrip in Tulum it takes a lot of time because of the traffic. So if you want to stay there a lot I would recommend to look for a place there.

Wonderful stay in Tankah
We stayed with a group in this Villa and it´s extraordinary. Nadya - the manager - has made everything so simple and easy going since the beginning: she replies your emails and messages within a few minutes and makes a huge effort to reply all the question and help you to organize your stay. The Villa is super safe and located on a really relaxed and tranquil area... Is right in front of the beach, so a few steps and you can enjoy a beautiful turquoise sea. Rooms are really comfortable, AC worked perfect all our stay, there are plenty of beds to make your stay easy and every room has it´s own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern style and the garden is great for lunch and dinners in the nature. Completely recommend this property for family or group of friends, it adjust to all the necessities. Thanks Nadya! See you again next year!

The best holiday
We stay with my family already twise in this house.we love Tankah and 10 years in a row come only here because it very safe place and no people around.we were staying before only on the beach.this house is 20 meters from the beach but we pay twice cheaper then cost of any another house here.and when it's wind on the beach you still can swim in pool and don't feel sand on your face. we love the garden.and ocean.view terrace.we surprised that all linnens and towels are totally new.nadia is very helpful.we will.come.next year

Very nice house, and a great host
Nadia is a great host, she made sure that all in in place, gave us loads of adivses and tips, and always answered immediately our questions. The house is very spacious, the pool was great for the kids, and the dining table in the garden is nice and big. We enjoyed our stay a lot!!

Tranquil & Private
The lovely, newer, furnished home with all the usual items, plus children's toys and quite a few DVDs. The main floor of the house has 2 bedrooms, one queen, one with two queens, each with their own bathrooms. In addition, there's a large dining room, kitchen, and living room. Leading to the backyard, there's a nice porch, a covered eating area with a beautiful, long, wood table to eat, and a shaded pool, all private. An outside staircase leads to a separate bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom. There is also a private balcony and terrace with lounger chairs and hammocks all covered. In the front of the house, across a road you walk under a stone arch and follow a path through a shrubby area, you will be at the beach and ocean. There are air conditioners in every room. The air conditioner in the main living area went out on our visit. The owner had a new unit put in within two days. Wow! I never thought I would say i was cold in Mexico in June! The owners were very nice. Fresh water jugs were provided as were bath and pool towels. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation. If you are looking for a swim beach, this is not a good location. It's extremely rocky. We did gather some gorgeous shells and enjoyed checking on the turtle nests you can see all over the beach. We ended up taking a taxi to Tulum (not far) and visited the public beach there - it's spectacular! There's a couple of nearby restaurants within walking distance on the road. To your left (north) is Chamico's, it had a nice beach, still rocky. I think a bit overrated on the ceviche, as I had better in town. I don't know about the other food. It's a bit pricy, American prices for sure. To your right, (south) there's a couple of restaurants in hotels, the woodfired pizza was yummy and has a small swim area you can use if you buy food there. Walk a little further across from the cenote is a restaurant that we sat on the beach and ate and swam in the ocean. Unfortunately, every plate we ordered (7 adult plates), every fish meal was overcooked except for the one chicken item. So bummed! The cenote looked beautiful, but it was overpriced, we've been to several along the Mayan peninsula on prior vacations. We ended up booking an excursion with our good friend and Mayan "ambassador" Andy with Andy's Travel Playa (see Facebook). Excellent service and price! Head into Tulum, the food is fantastic! Don't be afraid to eat at the small nontourist places, they are yummy! Thanks Leo & Nadia!

Heaven on Earth! Don't think, Just book!
We stayed in this STUNNING Villa on the 26th of April this year just to escape the hustle and bustle of London for a week and I am SO happy we decided to stay here! The villa is beautiful, it has its own pool, and the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms are very well furnished. If you want to relax then this is the place for you! Leo (the owner) is incredibly hospitable and always eager to help. The place really felt like a home away from home, cannot wait to go back!!!!

Great family vacation
We stay in the house with my family of 8 people. that’s incredible place. Just one step away from the beach across the road.it has very modern cool kitchen and living room. We hired a kitchen chief which Nadia recommended us and it was wonderful surprise for my husbands anniversary. . It was great family time for us. House is pretty big. Second floor has terrace with amazing ocean view and hammocks. During 10 day was only one time a problem (light went because of rain) but staff fixed it very fast. My parents loved to stay on the beach but me personally I would recommend to have beach shoes because in Tankah area almost everywhere entrance to the ocean with stones. But we were walking till Chamiko about 600 meters and there is beautiful blue lagoon and nice fish restaurant. Also there is very nice restaurant just 100 meters from the house. I would definitely recommend this place . it’s a great value for the money

Nice House for Family
Nice Ocean front house builded in Caribbean style with a big pool, amazing kitchen, living room and dinning room, large garden ,firepit,grill and hammock surrounded by the jungle. The House is 50 mtrs away from the beach, very close from casa cenote -the best place for diving and snorkeling; 10 minutes from Tulum Ruins archeological site; 10 minuts from the natural park Xel-ha; 10 min drive from beach Akumal where you can swim with turtles. This area is very famous for Cenotes where you can see caves. Tankah is very unique place where is still virgin beach, no people around only wonderful sea and beautiful nature. you will enjoy the best sunrise in the Riviera Maya from the comfort of your bed and if you have children it is very safe and fun for them too. You definitely need a rental car to move around.
