The hotel was nice but the friendliness of the owner was not good. They are over priced on there food and other things.

Well located place to sleep
The hotel is the best located in town for access to the Tulum ruins, the public beach, the the shops. It was further out of the town than we had expected but was an easy collectivo bus ride from the main shop area of town. The hotel itself was clean but run down. It had nothing in the way of creature comforts and it took about five minutes for the hot water to get hot. But the hotel was a place to sleep which was sufficient for our needs. The staff were very friendly . The tower in the hotel provides the only 360 degree panoramic view of the Tulum area.

Ma cosa sta succedendo in quell'hotel??
Il nostro arrivo non è stato dei migliori. La signora della reception (se così si può chiamare il luogo in cui si è accolti), non era dotata di un PC per controllare la prenotazione fatta via internet e, cosa peggiore, non erano minimamente al corrente del nostro arrivo! Non sapevano quale tariffa assegnarci per il soggiorno e non avevano una postazione abilitata per il pagamento con Carta di Credito! Mai visto una cosa simile per un hotel prenotato via Internet, in cui si presume che un minimo di tecnologia la si dovrebbero conoscere! Non si capisce se l'albergo sia in fase di LENTA ristrutturazione e miglioramento, oppure in una fase di RAPIDO decadimento. Nella piscina c'era un abbondante strato di acqua salmastra, casa di una sperduta tartaruga! La camera era decorosa, tinteggiata di fresco ma con lenzuola non proprio pulitissime. Per 2 volte è mancata l'acqua nel bagno. Una sera sono stata costretta a fare la doccia in cortile sotto la pioggia! La struttura ha grosse potenzialità, sicuramente frutto di un antico splendore, ma oggi ormai dimenticate! Non posso dire di essermi trovata male, ma lo consiglio solo a chi a un pò di spirito di adattamento!
