Welcome to our tranquil 5BR/3.5BA lake house retreat on the serene shores of Song Long Lake in Tully, NY. This spacious and inviting home offers an ideal getaway for families and friends looking to immerse themselves in nature without sacrificing comfort and luxury.

***IMPORTANT: This house is currently being renovated with expected completion of 5/1/24

5 Comfortable Bedrooms: Each room is tastefully decorated, offering a peaceful night's sleep. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy.

3.5 Modern Bathrooms: Featuring sleek fixtures and fresh linens, our bathrooms provide a spa-like experience.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in our state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware.

Spacious Living Area: Unwind in our cozy living room, which boasts a fireplace and large windows showcasing stunning lake views.

Entertainment Options: Enjoy our selection of board games, a smart TV with streaming services, and high-speed WiFi.

Outdoor Oasis: Wander down to our private dock for a day of fishing and swimming in the waters of Song Long Lake.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the "Add guests" tab in the search bar. 2 pets maximum, dogs only please.

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees will apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21

Outstanding property on quiet, idyllic lake
We booked the Song Lake house for a four day period at the beginning of August and from start to finish, our expectations were met or exceeded on every point that's important for us. The house isn't particularly eye-catching from the outside (who cares anyway?) but the interior is gorgeous. We were a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. The beds are really comfortable, the master bedroom is spectacular, all the bathrooms are fresh and stylish, (no line-ups for the bathrooms as there are more than enough), the kitchen, dining area, lounge and games room seem almost too nice for a rental property and the views over the lake are stunning. The yard is right on the lake and if you're into fishing, you can catch all you want from the dock and the lake is great for swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking. The surrounding area has some nice spots to visit and if you're looking for a restaurant, I highly recommend Huega's Alpine, just 5 mins up the road. We'll be back !

Great potential
This is a gorgeous house in a beautiful location. When remodeling is completed, it will be our go to vacation home. We left a list of a few things to be adjusted, but overall we had a very memorable and comfortable week!
