"We stayed here for a weekend with family. The location is close to both the ski resort and also Suny Cortland. The house was nice and as advertised. Phillip was very responsive. Over all a great stay and we will stay again!"

"Absolutely relaxing and clean. Everything we needed for some peace and quiet. Enjoyed the front porch over looking the clear lake. It was overcast and cool but the porch was cozy. Nice to have a fire next to the lake. Town was nearby and quaint. "

"Family from all parts of the US met at this beautiful lake setting for a reunion get-together. It was perfect. Plenty of room for sleeping, lots of water “toys”, a very well-equipped kitchen. Lots of firewood for s’mores. And more. We couldn’t have found a better place for the 10 of us. Many thanks to Kristen and all for making this a memorable time together!"
