"Well, where do I begin? The photo of the Hotel on Expedia was spectacular. Imagining like the Hampton Court Palace in England. The field, garden, and tranquility. Sadly, nothing liked it, it's the opposite :( However, our room was very clean and the bedding/mattress/pillows are top notch. Not to mention, Clarins toiletries.
