"Everything was perfect. Hans is the greatest host one can ask for. The house is very nice, clean and great location. We cooked ourselves and the kitchen is very well equipped. We absolutely loved our stay. "

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook at the house and avoid paying for expensive meals in the local restaurants. Great location for access to Distenis- Sedrun-Andermatt ski resorts. Best positives for the actual house was the newly renovated bathrooms and the wide range of kitchen appliances. "Good base to discover the Verzacas valley. Property well equipped, although no dishwasher. There is a local shop, but I would recommend doing most of your shopping for your stay before coming up the valley. Nice garden and patio area. If you have small children the parking could be an issue. It is not far away, but there is no pavement and you have to walk several 100 metres on a busy road. Not ideal when unloading and loading the car at the beginning and end of your holiday. Good local...

"Das Haus - ein typisches tessiner Rustico - liegt weit oben am Hang. Entsprechend ist es sehr ruhig und man hat eine tolle Aussicht ins Tal. Man kann auch direkt am Haus loswandern - toll! Die Betten sind gut, allerdings hätten wir uns ein Doppelbett gewünscht. Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Wichtig: Ohne Auto ist das Haus kaum zu erreichen und auch vom Parkplatz zum Haus sind's noch mal rd. 100 m steil und steinig bergauf. Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Bewegung...

"Tolle Lage, super Ausblick"

"Nous avons séjourné dan la vila casa mona pour un séjour canyonning entre amis. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle. Super environnement avec la vue sur les montagnes, moins chaud que dans la vallée. Super terrasse avec une treille qui garde le frais. Le seul petit inconvénient est que le frigo est vraiment trop petit pour un séjour en été. Montée à la maison depuis le parking sportive! Nous sommes, trés satisfaits de notre séjour et reviendrons certainement dans le tessin dans cette maison...

"Wir haben die Woche genossen. Das nette Haus liegt mitten in den Schweizer Bergen, fernab des Tourismus. Herrlich frische Bergluft, das Haus ist umgeben von Bergwiesen, Kuhglocken, Wanderwegen. Maß Richtige für Ruhesuchende und Naturliebende. Haus ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Nette Ansprechpartner. Gerne wieder!"

"Nice and cosy appartment. Everyting was clean; the kitchen was small but well equiped. The owner was frienly and we had optimal privicy. The only thing the appartment lacks is a balcony or garden. Lots of hiking and moutainbiking opportunities in and around Sedrun. Less then 2 hours driving by car from Lago Maggiore, Lugano, Locarno, etc. Surely we can recommend this appartment for a couple or family +1 child."
