The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. "What an amazing hotel ! It's split into two halves, with the dining (and much more - chapel, art gallery, lovely rooms, including a games room!) in a separate building across the courtyard.
