Enjoy amenities (such as swimming, tennis, pickleball, fitness centers, billiards, etc.) available throughout eight Green Valley Recreation (GVR) centers nearby. There are also golf courses and hiking trails in close proximity to this community.

Great place, great view!
The townhouse was as described and had all the amenities of home. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are very friendly. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was primarily my husband and I alone, but our son visited for a week as it does have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I highly recommend this rental for the lovely Green Valley area. Thank you Terry and Louise for being great hosts.

A Great Vacation Home.
The check-in process was excellent. The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and the sunrise view from the back patio is simply spectacular. The size of the house was great for the two of us and the 2nd bedroom & bathroom would easily accommodate guests. Due to the placement of the side by side refrigerator/freezer it was very difficult to get full access to the freezer as the door would not fully open. I would suggest a refrigerator with a bottom or top opening freezer which would work in that location. I would also recommend adding an iron & ironing board to the property. The owner, Terry, is a very pleasant man & was very accommodating. I would certainly rent this property again & recommend it to others.

Ideal location-Fabulous Views
There really wasn’t anything lacking in this property as it had everything you’d need in the kitchen, bathrooms and in the bedrooms. Lots of closet and drawer storage. Plenty of extra linens. Appreciated the quality patio furniture for relaxing (on the front and back patios). Garage rather than a car port was a bonus. Accommodating landlords.
