"We had a loveliest time here. Kaki San and her staff were super friendly and helpful, made everything easy for us. Some of the staff spoke little English but were all proficient with Google translate. Making reservations for dinner and breakfast was a great idea - there are many restaurants in town but eating at the ryokan is an experience in itself, plus the food here was excellent! Being in the middle of the town made it easy to go to all the onsens - the ryokan provides a free pass to all seven onsens till 1pm on the checkout day. The ryokan's own private bath is reservable with a fee and is totally worth it. Only four slots each day so it's advisable to reserve early if you can. We would definitely book again if we are to visit Kinosaki next time. "

"Enjoyable place to stay. Spa was nice though it was closed the hour before check out, so it was not super convenient. We couldn’t get double beds in the room, which was not ideal for a honeymoon. Still had a good time. "

"Wonderful first time experience in Kinosakionsen! This hotel is in the perfect location. It's a very short walk from the train station and all of the 7 public onsens. Also a short walk to the Kinosaki Ropeway. There are 2 private onsens in the hotel where couples/families can soak together. Every floor has a light to indicate if available. Service is impeccable and easy to communicate in English with the staff. Food is plentiful! Breakfast and Dinner were included as well as an afternoon tea service. All you care to eat! Fair warning, don't go crazy at the steam bar! Save some stomach for the rice dish. Truly delicious!"
