"We picked the villa primarily because of it’s location- we like to be in the country slightly but within easy reach of visits to towns/ harbours and beaches etc. The villa was perfect for this- you’ll obviously need a car but it was an easy 30-40 minutes drive to the coastal towns of Pore, Rovinj and Pula. "We recently stayed at Mirana Family Village and while there were some positives, there were also several negatives. Positives: We stayed in a mobile home, which was spacious and well-appointed, with two bathrooms and quality crockery and cutlery. What we appreciated most was the privacy—mobile homes are spaced out nicely, so you don’t feel crowded by your neighbors. It was perfect for a relaxing stay. "I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."
