"Loved our stay at the hotel. Service was excellent. Clean, modern room. It is within walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town. Convenient parking. We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. 😊"

"The apartment was over three floors with steep steps (not good for anyone with mobility issues) in an old building. The place is full of character and worldly charm however it is, by definition really, quite old feeling. The bathroom consisted of an enclosed shower that was tiny (anyone of a larger build simply wouldn't be able to use it so be warned!) but otherwise we had a lovely stay"

I did read a review before we went there complaining about the cleanliness of the property, but whoever wrote that probably doesn't live in the countryside. "The host replied to our messages very quickly and was able to meet us when we wanted to. He showed us all the facilities efficiently and left us to start enjoying our stay. "We picked the villa primarily because of it’s location- we like to be in the country slightly but within easy reach of visits to towns/ harbours and beaches etc. The villa was perfect for this- you’ll obviously need a car but it was an easy 30-40 minutes drive to the coastal towns of Pore, Rovinj and Pula.
