The house was well-heated and fully equipped, perfect for spending cozy moments indoors. Plus, there’s a convenience store just 3 minutes away with everything you might need. Highly recommend it!"

"Very clean and comfortable house. Our family did not feel like we were staying in a rental property. The lake is located in a picturesque valley. The location is convenient to dining and shopping in Skaneateles. The house is located at the southern portion of Lake Otisco. This part of the lake has a mud bottom which does make the water very murky. The host is very accommodating. "

"Buckingham Palace was the perfect spot for me and three friends to have a girls weekend in Syracuse, where our friendship started. We had plenty of room to relax. "Everything was exactly as described and hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. The jacuzzi tub has a beautiful view and the kitchen was generously large! Driveway was plowed when it snowed (very helpful because it is long!) and the heated floors kept our feet warm on our winter trip."

The hot tub was amazing during the winter months and the view of the frozen lake was lovely.Extremely comfortable here would definitely come back. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!"

"Pleasant cottage, AC was very comfortable. We enjoyed the paddle board, kayaks, yard games, floating deck and fire pit. Extreme care is needed with steep, narrow lakefront stairs. We loved historic downtown, highly recommend Harriet Tubman Museum in Auburn & Erie Canal Museum in Syracuse. The gravel lane to home was partially washed out, narrow & very steep, needs new gravel, grading & crowning which is responsibility of all homeowners on lane, all or 4-wheel drive is recommended. We contacted the owner and he arrived within 20 min with new towels and a few pillows. The bathrooms and the refrigerator could have been cleaner. "

"EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is."
