Vaulted ceilings, rustic-chic decor, and a wood-burning stove create an inviting, lodge-style environment where your group can relax and socialize. Unwind into vacation mode in the great room with a book as the wood-burning stove crackles. The game room offers space to play. Watch a DVD on the TV, power up the Xbox, or set up a board game from the provided collection. The upstairs loft includes a 65-inch TV and a comfy sectional.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, blender, electric griddle, fondue pot, electric kettle, large roasting pan, crockpot, and Nespresso maker/frothier. A large granite island provides ample prep space and seating. Chill your favorite bottles in the wine fridge.

The primary suite has a TV and a spacious en suite bathroom. There is complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer. A boot dryer and garage ski storage offer added convenience. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning, although it is rarely needed in mild summer weather.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great house
The house was excellent - clean, comfortable and well-maintained. We did run into an issue with the dashwasher not working, but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will plan to stay here again if we're able.

Wonderful Stay
The home was very clean. Nicely decorated mountain cabin without being overly done. My sister and I went with our kids for some bonding time and it was fabulous. There is a lot to do and access and the best of Tahoe is less than an hour away. We are already trying to figure out when we will go back. The home is very well stocked with all the things you need to cook and clean. Lots of games, nice views, peaceful surroundings.

Cute and cozy
My family had a nice stay at the Falcon Point Pines house. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The beds were comfy and the different spaces were nice. The only draw back was the primary bath could use an update. But over all it was very clean and nice. Thanks for a fun time!

Spacious and comfortable
This is our 2nd year renting this property for a girls trip. Spacious and comfortable for 5 women. We will stay again. There were a couple of issues on check in that were addressed right away, the property manager was very responsive. They didn’t have any dish soap (only dishwasher soap) which I think was an oversight but other than that the house is very well appointed and the kitchen was stocked with spices, olive oil, and just about any kind of utensil you could imagine. Plenty of fans, extra linens, etc. Easy check out too.

Early Season Golf Get-A-Way
This was a great place to stay during our multi-day golf trip to the Truckee area. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities you needed for an enjoyable stay. Close enough to downtown Truckee and the area golf courses but a quiet neighborhood. We will be booking this property again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was difficult at times to open and lock the door. We needed 2 people . One to hold the door to latch the other to press code. Thank you for providing us a place to rest our heads, enjoy meals together and enjoy God’s beautiful creations in the state of California.

Perfect for kids and family
This home is as close to perfect as a rental home can be. Flawlessly decorated and well equipped with all you can ever need in a kitchen. A game room off of the great room with play station controllers for the tv was a big hit ( and almost sound proof. ) Great sled hill outside the fron door kept the kids going until dark. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful family vacation home!
We love Truckee and planned a last minute vacation on the fly. We were so happy to find this home that was so beautiful and wonderful inside and out. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and nespresso pods, along with a clean and tidy house that literally has everything! Honestly, EVERYTHING!!!!!! You need holiday dishes? You need sandwich bags? You need extra beach towels or chairs? Literally this house has it all. Our family loved the game room and we played a game every evening. I thought not having a tv in the main living area would suck, but I loved it!! We all relaxed, laid low and enjoyed the great out doors. I love that you can use/access the garage as it was a place to store everything from golf clubs to extra drinks and beach gear. The kids loved having a little space away from everyone with a game room, and extra living space in the loft. Beds, pillows, bedding was super comfortable and we all had space to spare. The only issue that we had was the microwave didn’t work, but low and behold there was an extra one in the garage. Everything was wonderful! Location great, tons of amenities, super comfortable, and honestly it just made everything wonderful! Ps- thank you for the fans in each room. We packed box fans since our last stays in Truckee have been hot in the summer months. It’s always a huge plus!

Family ski house
The house is as advertised. It was clean upon arrival. The kitchen has what you need to make family dinner - it’s a bit overwhelming in terms of the amount of dishes/stuff but the essentials (and more) are all there including salt/pepper, oil, sugar. The views from the living room are stunning. If you’ve got kids of any age, the best part is the well stocked family game room and videos/dvds in a room visible from the LR with doors that close! The bathrooms were clean but not updated. All in all, an excellent house for a family ski weekend.

This is a very nice property. I am most impressed about a really well equipped kitchen, videos, TV in every room, etc. Several minor issues: (1) only one car can park in a two car garage, (2) no light in the garage, (3) on the second day, the entry code to the door did not work, we had to call the office to use the lock box key. Other than these, everything else are super. I would consider picking this particular property next time I to go Tahoe.

Beautiful Cabin near Tahoe
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was absolutely beautiful, it was clean with a perfect vicinity to Tahoe. We visited in July and it was hot which we love and the floor fans provided did not keep up. Please consider investing in ceiling fans throughout the house and not just in the living room. This will certainly help with keeping the home cool, especially at night. Another opportunity to improve is with the water heater, after 4 people showered the hot water ran out and it was hours until hot water was available again. We also tried to use the amenities and learned there was a $15 fee for each person, the information disclosed was misleading reading as each pass provided 4 people access. We made it work after picking up fans and spending time elsewhere.

Wow! What a fantastic home!
I’ve been renting vacation homes in Tahoe Donner for several years with my kids, and this home was one of the most well appointed of them all. The kitchen was a dream with an espresso maker, a gas cook top and big island in which to prep meals. The cabin was incredibly clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for the adults and teens given there is upstairs loft/TV room and a separate game room off of the great room. The peaceful deck offered a quiet, private view of the pines and was the perfect setting for morning coffee and evening dinners. The location was central to the amenities of Tahoe Donner and a short drive to Donner Lake. I would rent this cabin again in a heartbeat.
