The Tahoe Donner community is just six miles from Truckee’s charming and historic old town where you can stroll, shop and dine. And summer fun on Donner Lake is just five miles away. Even more multi-season fun can be accessed at the Squaw Valley, Northstar, and Sugar Bowl resorts, all within 15 miles of the house. The Tahoe Donner Downhill and Cross Country ski areas are just two miles away, and the community golf course is literally your backyard.

*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

Dock details: A dock is available at Donner Lake. Please bring guest passes for access. A $16 per person per day fee applies.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
