Beautiful Well-maintained Tahoe Donner home: very clean!

This house sleeps 10 adults and with an unlimited amount of children under the age of 13 per the Town of Truckee Short Term Rental ordinance. There is one king-size bed, two queen size beds, and one bunk bed with twin / full size beds. You are welcome to bring an air mattress for sleeping in the downstairs family room. Our certification number for Town of Truckee is 017336.

New Tesla electric charging station was recently installed in the garage. We have outdoor security cameras in the front and back of the property.

This Tahoe Donner vacation rental is a gorgeous home - perfect as your get-away in style. Located on Chalet Road on the 3rd fairway of the Tahoe Donner Championship golf course, this vacation rental was custom-built by owners with loads of upgrades.

Our professional cleaners are diligent in cleaning our home. We have one of the most mentions for cleanliness on our reviews.

An AMAZING Property - and Owner
The property was fully consistent with its VRBO summary. Well-maintained, spacious, perfect for dinners with a large family with a great dining table (12), bar (3) and adjacent round table (4). With ample space in the kitchen for several cooks. Well-stocked kitchen - one of the few VRBO properties that truly deliver on this score. Excellent communication with Sharon - the property owner. This beautifully decorated home surpasses all expectation in location, amenities, and more! Our stay was enhanced with this clean and well-maintained home. The kitchen is a dream to cook in, with all the bedrooms and bathrooms accommodating our large group. This property will not disappoint and added to our fun get away trip to Tahoe!

Great stay for a large group
We had 6 adults and 4 young children in our group and stayed 3 nights. The kitchen and common spaces were large enough to fit us all comfortably even with the kids running around. The kitchen was well equipped with double ovens, large gas stove, plenty of prep space and working dishwasher. The backyard was a fun place for snow play. Check in and check out were easy. Overall we had a blast and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home and the experience exceeded our expectations! Home away from home
We rented the property the week before Christmas. The kitchen was well supplied. My only suggestion would be to have some Kleenex in the bathrooms and a spare roll of paper towels. Other than that, I do not have one complaint. We even got snow!

Magical Family Christmas!
We loved our stay at this big, beautiful, well appointed mountain home in a wonderful location! 7 of us came for Christmas and we hosted 5 more local Truckee family members Christmas Day and twice for dinners around the massive dining table!! It’s an easy drive into town and there are fabulous walks and hikes right from the front door, not to mention beautiful views. We had one question while we were there and the Host was very responsive. I’d love to go back in the Summer some day! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Fantastic home
We were fortunate enough to enjoy a winter wonderland while staying at this beautiful home. The kitchen is large and well stoked making it easy to cook our meals. The location is wonderful and the backyard opens up to the golf course. This gave us plenty of room to enjoy the snow!. The house was in great shape and is spacious and relaxing. When the kids were tired of the snow we had great fun playing foosball. This will be a repeat location for us.

Amazing!
We love this beautiful place so much. Big, gorgeous, and clean. It is a winter wonderland! While here in APRIL we got over a foot of snow! Breathtaking and epic! This is our second time here and we will book again next year! The owners are very accommodating and contact you back almost immediately! Great memories were made here!

Nice place to stay during the winter
We spent our weekend here during a winter storm and it felt like a winter wonderland! The house and backyard was spacious and we didn’t have to drive to enjoy the snow. The only issue we had was that there were droppings from rodents in the house. We messaged the owner and she was very responsive and apologetic and stated that she would have an exterminator come out as soon as possible. It wasn’t a huge deal to us, however others may feel differently about the situation.

Beautiful spacious home, equipped with everything.
The house was perfect for our group. There was an immense amount of snow and we were able to walk out the backdoor and within minutes we were on the golf course where we were able to snowshoe for hours. We didn't have kids with us but if we did there was an abundance of snow toys in the garage that were accessible. The house felt new and clean and was well equipped with everything we needed. We made a gourmet dinner and loved the long peninsula in the kitchen where everyone could help prep and serve. The table easily seats 10 people which was awesome.

Beautiful house but a few hiccups.
The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The size was perfect and worked well for our group. Unfortunately, the owner notified us immediately before we arrived that the gas fireplace wasn’t working. Not only was this disappointing because we were looking forward to using it, the power went out for 12 hours and we had no heat source, so the house became very cold. In the same communication, the owner also notified us that one of the ovens wasn’t available because it has a cracked door. This was also inconvenient because we were cooking for 10 people and really needed both ovens. Overall we did have a wonderful time but it would have been nice if these things were fixed before our arrival.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! It had great kitchen and living room space. There were 9 of us staying here and everyone was comfortable. We loved the back deck as well, very peaceful with the golf course view. Nice location in Tahoe Donner!

Loved our stay!
The house is wonderful for family gatherings. We had three families in our group. We loved how spacious the living, dining and kitchen areas are, and we loved hanging out around the large dining table. It’s really nice that each room has its own full bathroom with two of the rooms having en suite bathrooms. The location is great. The house is on a quiet street that is fun and easy to bike ride and walk around with little ones. We also really appreciated the Tesla charger in the garage and the easy communication with Susan. A great stay!

Absolutely beautiful area perfect to enjoy outdoor adventures and find time to relax with family and friends. The home is spacious and clean! Large kitchen with great amenities. We had a great time. The great room upstairs was a nice spot for my family to hang out. The large kitchen could easily fit all of us. Walking out the back door to the wilderness was great.
