"This was the perfect place for us to stay. My mom lives in the neighborhood and it made it easy for us to visit with her and our other family members. The home is very neat and clean with everything you need to be comfortable! I highly recommend staying here. I hope to continue booking there when I’m in town."

"We had a great time staying in the house for the weekend as a group of 10. Kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked. The living room couch is enormous. All of the bedrooms are bright and cozy. The views and property are absolutely stunning. Had we been fewer, we probably would have used the outdoor firepits. Barry and Alisha are lovely and helpful hosts -- they sent along a great list of food reccs ahead of time, responded quickly when I couldn't find a few things, etc. "

"We had a great time! House was big enough to accommodate our group with 5 bedrooms and more places to sleep to spare! We couldn’t use their dock for our boat but we were able to rent a slip just down the road for $30 a day which wasn’t bad I thought. Stacey and Scott were very nice and responsive. "My group of friends had an amazing weekend in Saratoga while staying at this property! Super close (under 20 minutes) to the Racetrack, downtown Saratoga, golf courses, and more fun. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, great backyard space, and a relaxing hot tub! The kitchen and living room area was perfect for congregating and eating, with plenty of table and counter space. The house was well prepared with everything we could need, right down to the grill and fire pit for outdoor hanging....

"Intentional home, not a cheap flip for rentals. Truly the most conscientious and thoughtful VRBO or rental home we have stayed at in over 13 years of regularly traveling. A central location for us to visit many communities we were interesting exploring what the hype was all about; NY City, The Berkshires/Lenox, MA, Catskills/Woodstock NY, Southern Vermont. Fantastic kitchen with all the cookware, utensils, and space we needed. Perfectly quiet, very peaceful, a loved historical home and land."

"Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again."
