"My siblings and significant others gathered at the cabin for the weekend. All of us had stayed there before, as our sister lives nearby. As always, we find it clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The new deck was a great addition and we took full advantage of it! We are grateful to have such a lovely place. "

"This beautiful home was a real private retreat for our family holiday. To be welcomed by a huge Christmas tree with all the decorations in the grandroom showcases the huge ceiling and delighted our kids. The home is well built and spacious. It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Lots of places to lounge, play games, and lots of quiet corners to read or work. It's very picturesque as it overlooks the golf course. The multi level home makes each room feel distinct yet open to the next....

"We had a FANTASTIC experience booking with Jen, and the property was amazing. There were such great views and outdoor space that we enjoyed each day of our trip. The cottage inside was also perfect for our group. Inside the cottage included a spacious kitchen and dining area, a very comfortable living room (with a pullout couch), and two great bedrooms upstairs. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. "house was great, views were great, amenities were great, communication with host was great. nothing but 5 stars all around. had a great spring break getaway with our older teens. quiet cove, quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. everything you need is on site… like being at home. i dont have one negative thing to say. i could go on and on about how great it was. we will be staying here again. "This is a wonderful home for multiple age groups. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor- perfect for my 93 year old grandfather and my 78 year old parents who don't do well with stairs. The 2 downstairs bedrooms- where the game room and 2nd kitchen are located- worked perfectly for my sister and our kids (age ranged 13-26). And the master (a lovely, huge room on the 2nd floor) was a nice haven for my husband and myself. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of places to store...

"Could use some updates but overall, great house. Owner was very responsive on any communication sent. Wish there was more than 1 tv during downtime for our group but we made it work. A little dangerous to walk along the roads. "

"This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. We would highly recommend this property. "

"Great little cabin, extremely clean and appointed with all the basics. Perfect for me, my husband and two dogs. Perfect location for hunting and recreating in Uwharrie Forest. Kitchen has all the essentials for cooking. Can fish right from dock in front of cabin. Will definitely be back:)"

"Excellent location, right on the lake, although the neighborhood/drive in was a little sketchy. Beautiful sunsets viewed from the lovely covered deck. Plenty of comfortable beds for lots of guests. Owners were very nice & responsive to our issues. House could use a deep clean: cobwebs & dead insects here & there. It was off-season so we didn't get to use the lake amenities. We hope to go back in the summer!"
