Hidden Gem of Troy
Very clean and great accommodations for our Girls' trip to Troy! We were in town to celebrate a special occasion for my youngest daughter. The home is within walking distance of amenities listed on Vrbo! We were able to easily drive from the house to the venue in Albany. Overall everyone had a rather enjoyable time and would highly recommend this listing- we’d even think about staying here the next time we’re in town!

The place was beautifully decorated and clean. It was well equipped; we lacked for nothing. The owners were very responsive when the wifi connection temporarily/briefly went out. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this place to any and all.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautifully decorated upstairs and down. 2 comfortable Queen beds and 1 King in the well appointed Master. Well organized kitchen and a lovely porch with a cover for warmer weather. The family room and casual dining room are wonderful for hanging out.

Remodeled Like New
Visiting our kid going to RPI - this 3 bedroom (bedrooms are all upstairs) is remodeled like new inside. Very comfortable for family to dine and hang out downstairs, kitchen was nice, back patio is covered so more space for conversation. Very convenient to RPI and downtown Troy.

Did Not Disappoint!!
I rented this home for my son, daughter-in-law and my two granddaughters for a visit with us from AZ. The house was perfect. Easy check-in, plenty of space, nicely decorated and furnished and looked brand new. They really enjoyed their stay. I will certainly rent this home again for future visits. It will not disappoint!!

One of, if not the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in! House, furnishings, appliances, and bedding were absolutely immaculate. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and claim their own space, and plenty of room for everyone to congregate and hang out together. Three bathrooms a plus! Real plants and fresh flowers everywhere were a nice touch, and the backyard area was surprisingly beautiful. Master bed was too firm for us, but that’s a matter of taste. Will definitely look to rebook when we’re in the area!

Cute, Comfy and Super Clean
This is a super cute and well maintained little gem in an established neighborhood close to downtown. The deck outside at night equipped with Edison lights was a nice little reprieve from our busy day. The charging stations in each bedroom is a nice touch and so useful. Off street parking was also a welcomed bonus. Highly recommend this cute, open and airy home.

Excellent home for families in Troy
Absolutely lovely home with a modern design and plenty of amenities to make staying here a treat. First of all, plenty of seating and a large living room + kitchen made it nice and cozy to eat in together. Not to mention the deck outside which was the perfect spot to have breakfast or dinner at. Each bedroom was a decent size with a good bed and clean bathrooms. Only gripe I had was the pillows were a little too flat, but nothing that would take away from a perfect rating. The neighborhood was also a huge plus. A few restaurants within walking distance plus plenty of charming homes nearby made it worth taking to the sidewalk rather than driving. Lastly, the customer service was excellent. Every inquiry I had was responded to quickly and the instructions we received were very thorough.
