"This home is nestled into a beautiful wooded area along the Washsougal River. It was so peaceful and relaxing that we could have stayed another week or two. The log cabin is spacious and quaint. It provided everything we needed from a stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of towels and chairs for hanging riverside. I enjoyed running along the winding roads that provided gorgeous views. We would love to come back and stay here again. We didn't want to leave!"

"It's a great place to get away from everything and just relax. No tv and limited cell service but WIFi is available to keep in touch as needed. The property is very nice, well-heated in the cold, and big enough for 2 to be very comfortable. I would recommend this property without hesitation. The only 2 minor downsides are an overly soft/memory foam mattress and one home across the creek that has lots of lights that detracts a little from the secluded feel of the property. "

"We loved the lighting and modern feel of the house. Great back patio and plenty of room to eat, gather, and play card games. Short drive to hike with waterfalls at Mt. Hood. Dairy Queen near by and general store for basic things you might have forgotten haha. Host was quick to respond when we had a question (less than 3 minutes I think!!). You won’t regret staying here, plenty of hot water for showers. "

"This home was a darling little cabin that gave us the get away we needed. The only problem was, we got there at night, on a cold night, and it was FREEZING. there were two small electric heaters in the walls, but they took hours and hours to heat the place. While there was a fireplace, there was no wood- which is fair, but we got there super late and after dark so we couldn't get wood anywhere. Additionally, there was some sort of other heat source in the cabin- I think it was some sort of...

"The house is just like the pictures and was clean and cozy. They even left a dog bed and bowls out! The only downside is it’s run by vacasa and it was difficult to get in touch with someone and it was always a different person when we had questions. Each person would tell us something different too. The air hockey table also barely works but we anticipated that from other reviews. 10AM checkout seems a bit early and you have to pay to extend it. They also never responded when I told them my dog...

"We were in the area for a wedding and stayed 3 nights. We all enjoyed the beautiful location and wished we could stay longer. Additionally, the beds and pillows were clean and comfortable which is very important to us. We really had no complaints! It was a lovely stay."
