"Views were incredible, but you had to climb three flights of stairs to get to the unit. The unit is very clean, but very bare bones. There was no hairdryer and we needed extra towels, but upon notifying management, they were quick to respond and bring us some. It was also odd that the only TV was in one of the bedrooms. It would’ve been fun to watch movies together in the evening."

"We had a great stay at the Iconica Hotel. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The communication with the Host was great and timely. We had all the information we needed to check in prior to arrival. They also had the air conditioner unit all set up for a comfortable arrival with 90 degree weather. "Property was clean, well maintained and hosts were available without being at all intrusive. Wonderfully located on the river with a beautiful deck, this was a perfect peaceful getaway. There is nothing to do here except relax, enjoy the river/deck and rest, which is exactly why we were there. Strong internet connection was a plus. Access to the river was available and if you're into fishing/floating the river, this location is perfect for that."
