"When I first got here on the bus it started out a little confusing where exactly this place was. But was I found found the place the check in was easy to do. But the property manager Alexander was an excellent help during my stay. This resort was very quaint and excellent for couples who is visiting the area."

Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. "Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. If it wasn’t for my husband powering it on from the system itself, we wouldn’t have any ac all night."

"It is the worst, dirtiest property i’ve ever been in my whole entire life. The room floor is filthy and the kitchen if also filthy. We had to put our towels on the bed for us to sleep on and were not able to sleep because of the noise( the property is on the main road) and because of the dirtiness. We checked in at 9:00 PM and checked out at 1:00 AM of the same day. Add to this It was not clear that the property is a house with one toilet and 4 rooms. "The place was very clean and a lovely space. One of the bathrooms has a shower that doesn’t drain well so we didn’t use. The main bedroom and areas in the lounge have a number of tiles that have moved/lifted and the cement has raised in between making it very sharp when you stand on these, by accident. I got there on Thursday evening and there were 4 people already in my apartment. I ended up staying in the room they were supposed to stay in and they left on Tuesday. "Nice resort. Perfect place to stay if you have kids. Family oriented with the activities they provide. Also has a kids pool and playground on the premises Also provides night time entertainment for the whole family. The location is great as it’s near Nissi Beach and the Underwater Museum Resort also is right on the sea with great views The breakfast is amazing too. "This was one of my best stays so far, the hotel is fantastic. The offseason timing worked great for me as it wasn’t crowded and on many days the spa had no one else in. The food was amazing, I had the full board and everything I tried was very tasty. The staff were very helpful and professional (especially the restaurant staff). I will definitely be back just to again experience this high level of service. "

"As soon as I entered the room I felt the stress of travel leave my solar plexus. The interior designers have done a superb job. The hotel smells great. It was such a cozy welcoming space. When you have to move around alot you understand the importance of lighting. The ambience in the room is wonderful. The breakfast buffet on the top floor had a great selection. It also has such lovely views to wake up to. I think the shower could do with a glass sliding door as opposed to a curtain as the water got over the floor. It's to protect the building as well as the guests. Maybe a little more soundproofing would be great. I had a drunk neighbour, but thankfully he went out to party at night. My view was the carpark but the room was so great I didn't care. I would stay again."

Super staff, location and rooms.

"Good location and excellent staff. Only breakfast available, which was fine as there are plenty places to eat out. Hotel arranged parking with no fuss. The executive suites came with lounge access for snacks, nibbles and drinks foc. A car is needed as there are not loads of thungs to do and see locally. The pool was closed as we visited in off season although hotel was busy."

My lovely stay at the sun hall hotel

"The whole staf at the hotel were very welcoming and kind. We were able to check in early which was great after a long flight. The hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast is fresh and tasty, many drink options from juices to a great coffee selection. Also the prices at the restaurant next to the lobby are very reasonable prices. Overal I’m very pleased with the hotel and recommend to book your stay here."
