"This was perfect location for our stay. We had a wedding to attend and it was a quick wkend trip. We had trouble with booking via vrbo site itself and the owner was great to work with over that. The kids enjoyed the game room, the train nearby didn’t sound as close as it was and wasn’t a problem for us . This was perfect location for our stay. The airforce museum is right accross the street , and Pettitbon coffee is like a mile down the road (highly recommend). We would stay here again."

"This is a nice, comfortable home close to the UD community and attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Street parking was always available. We would recommend this property for short visits to the UD area. "

"just loved this property - so clean and comfy; we didn't lack a thing! Came to Huber Heights to visit family and this will be our first choice whenever we return. One of my favorite VRBO rentals so far. Location is convenient to restaurants, hiking trails, retail establishments, etc. It's in a large neighborhood of smaller ranch style houses and we felt very comfortable staying there. 5 stars!!"

"Nice house, well-maintained and clean. Location, off an alley, is very convenient. The house was listed as having two twin beds, and there was only one, but the owner is in the process of renovation and maybe did not note this. Not a big deal, we didn’t need it. The house was all we needed and is located less than two miles from Dayton’s campus, so it worked out well. Thank you for everything!"

"Host is terrific with communications. A few minor issues with the house - no bathmats, window blind in bedroom with a desk is broken, couldn't get dishwasher to start at checkout, and two ice trays isn't enough for several adults. Shower stall in first floor bathroom is tiny. Living room couch is tired."
