"Cleaning service arrived at 4:45 to clean the room. We deferred cleaning - wish they would have arranged to have the room cleaned when we were out (with the please clean room sign on the door) between 10-4:30."

"The hotel was great. It was a little tough getting our a/c working for us as it said the room was “unoccupied” on the control so would not cool. We had to ask the desk to adjust it twice. Had to do a 2nd request for bed sheet change (due to sweaty nights) after we asked in the morning when we left and came back to not done. It the hotel was upgraded and very nice and would stay there and recommend it to others "
