". The inn is only about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes from the sea front. The rooms were spotless and there was plenty of toiletries and tea, biscuits etc provided. We managed to get something to eat there on the first night despite it being busy and near closing time for the kitchen. It was also nice to have a nightcap in the bar before a two minute walk up the stairs to bed. We shall definitely make this a regular stop off when passing through Penzance. "

"The location was perfect, i was doing tje SWCP and couldnt stay in a better place. The staff were friendly, the room was of a good size with amenities and tea/coffe, the food at the restaurant was also very good."

"Staff were polite and helpful. Room was very dated and very small, but clean and comfortable. However the loud music coming from the bar below our room went on until 11 pm so if you want a quiet restful place to stay DO NOT CONSIDER this location."

"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"Having spent years staying in National chain hotels this pub was exceptional & a breath of fresh air. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed & clean on suite rooms. Breakfast was probably the best freshly cooked that I've ever had. 5* for me. I would definitely recommend."

"We booked family room for 4, the room had a made up double bed and a sofa which only had a duvet, no linen or pillows. Only 2 mugs for teas. On arrival we were told they didnt do breakfast which was included in our stay, the Landlord then cooked us croissants the night before to take to our room for the morning. "This is a wonderful hotel, the staff are all lovely and friendly and very professional, the food is amazing, with great breakfast. The bar is a very friendly locals bar and they make you feel welcome and comfortable. We will definitely stay again. "

"We had four nights here over Feb half term with a 7 and 4 year old. We loved rockpooling, exploring the caves & the beach cafe all literally a few steps from our door. Also enjoyed a trip into Falmouth for swimming pool & maritime museum. The chalet is as described and Hayden was very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a great trip."
