"It’s an unmanned property which has its pros and cons. I would have liked to have a coffee machine at the ground floor considering the weather - I appreciate the filter machine in the room but I believe it would make the stay more comfortable to have a few vending machines and a coffee machine in the basement. Room size was adequate and with good views. There is no housekeeping but would have appreciated if towels and linen could have been changed every 3 days instead of every 7 days....

"Fantastic hotel, modern and very clean. Warm welcome when we arrived by Andy who was on the evening shift. He made us feel really welcome as he could see we were excited to arrive in beautiful tromso. Breakfasts provided lots of choice, good food, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and the beds were comfortable also. Amazing view of Tromso from our 11th floor window. The sky bar is a unique touch and is a relaxing place to enjoy a drink at the end of your day. Loved this hotel, everything about it. "
