"We enjoyed every moment of our four day stay in Oloron Saint Marie. It is a charming small town with great restaurants and roads that wind up the hill to the apartment, which is in one of the houses that ring a plaza. On the street circling the plaza is a very good restaurant and a grocery. The apartment is small but is modern, lovely, and designed for every comfort you'd hope for. "We stated at the apartment when the Tour de France was going through in July 2023. My husband and I loved the location and the area. We had never been to the area and were from the United States, so it was important for us to have an apartment with linens and towels provided. We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! The only downside was the lack of wifi, but I think that is common for most apartments in the mountain area. There was a tourism office with free wifi in the building nearby."

"This gite is in a glorious mountain location with beautiful views and the sound of the bells on the sheep grazing nearby. We had a warm and generous welcome, enjoyed the practical, warm and comfortable accommodation and explored the locality. "The place is great; modern, American style town homes. Everything you need and location is perfect for that area of the Basque country as long as you have a car. Beware though if you need good wifi, there is only one router for several units and if all units are rented, the wifi becomes extremely slow. "D'abord, il a fallu contacter le propriétaire pour connaitre l'adresse de la location? De plus, le couloir donnant accès n'est pas éclairé, d'ou pb pour ouvrir la porte. Ensuite, le chauufage de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas (pas de notice).La TVest tombée en panne au bout de 2 jours et il a fallu que j'en achète 1.Le plus "nul": il était fait mention d'un jardin!! Il existe mais est innaccessible car non entretenu (herbes hautes). En qq mots, cette location ne vaut pas le prix demandé....
