This cottage is located in Basse-Bodeux has 4 bedrooms and can house 8 people. Ideal for a family with kids this place allows 3 pets.
The place with the forest just a stone’s throw away is not so far away from the town center (3 km ), general supply can be found nearby the same. The ski lift is just 8 km from the place.
The place has an open kitchen with all modern equipment, right next to the living room where you will find a tv, stereo and a wooden stove.
The house has a central heating and sunny terrace for your comfort where you can enjoy a good barbecue while your children can play with the pets in the garden. Pets are accepted when communicated before arrival at the charges of € 2,50/Pet/Night, maximum 3 pets are allowed.
Public transport can be found 10 km from the house

Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Die Lage war wunderbar und mitten in der Natur, aber mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen in den umliegenden Dörfern in der Nähe. Das Aufwachen mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Tal und eine vorbeiziehende Hirschherde passierten uns am frühen Morgen zweimal. Die Zimmer waren mit ordentlichen Betten ausgestattet und die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit fast allen Geräten, die man braucht; Bringen Sie jedoch Ihre eigenen Gewürze mit. Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich und der Kamin eine schöne Ergänzung zu der manchmal kalten Hütte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief effizient, auch wenn zwischen uns eine Sprachbarriere bestand. Alles in allem eine wundervolle, gemütliche Hütte mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Von der Buchung bis zum Ferienhaus war alles TOP !! Das Ferienhaus liegt wirklich so wie es auf den Bildern erscheint. Absolut ruhig, weil weit vom Schuss. In unmittelbarer Nähe nur ein großer Stall mit Rindern und eine kleine Schweinezucht am Rand des Weges. Zum Spazierengehen mit unseren Hunden - sehr schön. Der Besitzer wohnt gleich nebenan und ist sehr freundlich. Die nähere Umgebung ist von Wäldern umgeben. Zum Einkaufen sind die Orte Malmedy und Trois - Ponts zu nennen. Freds ´Corner ist ein Geheimtip für Kuchen und Cafe. Das Ferienhaus ist groß, wohnlich und gut aufgeteilt. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ( 7 Bratpfannen und zahlreiche Töpfe ) Geschirr und Besteck in umfangreicher Form vorhanden. Alles in Allem weiter zu empfehlen. Ps.: Am frühen Abend kommen die Hirschkühe zum Grasen auf die Wiese bis fast zum Haus. Natur pur. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

De omgeving is prachtig. Je loopt zo het bos in als je het huisje uit loopt. Nadeel is dat je echt een stuk moet rijden als je wat wil ondernemen. Het huis is gedateerd. Meubels zijn versleten en keuken is gedateerd. De matrassen zijn bedekt met een soort plastic waardoor het kraakt en vochtig wordt tijdens slapen. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Man spreekt klein beetje Nederlands. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het is er heerlijk stil.

Heerlijk rustig , ruim huis , goedwerkende openhaard. Mooie omgeving makkelijk aan te rijden. Mijn man en ik zijn hier nu voor de tweede keer ,eerst met onze jongste zoon voor een fietsvakantie. Nu zijn we met onze oudste zoon met zijn vrouw. We wilde een rustige week met wat hobby en spelletjes. Kortom we zouden zeker terug komen. Ondanks kleine dingetjes die wat aandacht nodig hebben in het huis. Bv lossen wc brillen.

Beschrijving van Belvilla klopt, behalve dat er een 3 treden zijn van de inkomst hal naar de woonkamer en 2 treden naar de slaapkamers en toilet aan de achter zijde. Bedden sliepen prima. Zelfs Senseo was aanwezig, en diepvries vak. Mooi uitzicht van terras je kijkt over heel het dal. Geen parasol wel tafel en 4 stoelen. Prachtige plek als je van natuur, stilte en wandelen geniet.
