"Frederica and the rest of the staff were exceptional. We were traveling for a wedding and they helped us access extra services and recommendations. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Breakfast spread was delicious and we were able to order additional egg dishes and specialty coffees. The rooms were decadent and very clean. High ceilings and extremely quiet. It was the best stay we had during our trip. "

"Nice ancient residence, lots of antique furniture & ambience, quiet w/comfy bed. Bathroom needed attention so shower wand fits wall & doesnt crash into the bath tub if moved & need a tub plug. Would be nice to add small lotion with bath soap to make this a more kuxurious stay. And the ancient door was VERY difficuot to lock in and out. "Travelled with my wife and only chose the town because she was keen to experience the nearby Bagni San Fillipo.But Gli Archi and the town Abbadia San Salvatore both pleasantly surprised us. The house and our room were spotless and the owner lovelly.Room was huge and breakfast tasty. The Abbadia (Abbey) proved to be memorable,especially the multi columned crypt! Nearby Ospedale was perfect for all day free parking an easy walk from B&B."
