"This property is in an ok location and has clean sheets - for that we were grateful. The staff in the main building tried their utmost to be welcoming and enthusiastic. They did a very good job under the circumstances. The rest is just tragic. The unit is run down, grubby and uncomfortable. Downstairs the kitchen units are about to collapse. "Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"So comfortable and everything we needed. Welcome afternoon tea awaited us. Sue had provided a great welcome pack and full instructions on how to operate the electrical items. We especially enjoyed the Sun Room and because of the bad weather we spent many happy hours relaxing with our books. Great part of the country to visit and plenty to see and do for Adults and Children and nice to learn that if you have a senior bus pass travel is free."
