This 165 m² house in Tréduder, near Plestin-les-grèves, less than a kilometer from the beach, can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It comprises a 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and a 5,000 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
First floor:
- 45 m² living room with TV, large bay window, sofa, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, wine cellar (not included in rental price)...
- Bathroom with shower, WC
- Separate WC

On Second floor (access via a staircase with safety railings for young children)
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140×190) and a child's bed
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (can be brought together to form a queen-size bed)
- Bedroom 3 with pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 4 with double bed (140×190) and children's bed
- Bedroom 5 with double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath, WC
- Small shower room with clawfoot bathtub for children

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden + south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Tréduder, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free directly in the house's private parking lot.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station in Plouaret about 20 minutes (15km) away
- Nearest airports: Saint-Brieuc about 50 minutes (65km) and Brest about 1 hour (74km) away.
