"The general overview is that the property is conveniently located. Close to bus routes and high street. There is a spa and night club as well as a restaurant. The standards of the rooms could do with a change of soft finishings as I have gone to this hotel for a number of years and these have not changed."

"Very convenient location with easy access to the town centre for shopping and eating out. Main bus stop was a five minute walk away meaning we could get to the tourist locations around the island easily. Staff were friendly and very helpful, with a special mention to Shashini who provided great service at breakfast during our stay. "I enjoyed my stay here. Staff were welcoming, friendly, attentive, efficient. They made our stay to feel like home away from home. Beddings and towels were fluffy. Views of St Brelade Bay from the balcony are amazing. Food was delicious and filing. Room was so comfortable and clean. WiFi speed was good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey. It’s close to the airport and just a 20 minute bus ride to St Helier. "

"Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return."
