"The villa is down the road from the Bahama Beach Club, which is where the bar and restaurants are, but I prefer this location because it's more quaint and private. Neighbors are so friendly. We met people we will keep in touch with and meet back there again. The villa is cute and has all the amenities you could possible need. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great but we took a boat to Guana Cay and Nippers for snorkeling and a ferry to Green Turtle Cay to feed the stingrays and turtles. Renting a golf cart was a great way to explore the island. The beach is stunning with powder like sand. I'm already planning my trip back in a couple of months. Brian was very thorough with communication and answered every question I had in great detail. "

"Very clean, very comfortable. A few steps from a nice, clean beach with no one on it. Owners and on site people were great. Locals very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for Perfect Day at Coco Cay, this aint it. Very quiet, not much to do. Just what we wanted. "

"Quite often when a property describes itself as "Just steps from the beach", they omit to mention that it's a lot of steps but not this gem! Just wander out to the sheltered patio, part the sea grass and there you are - right on the loveliest sugar-soft sand beach imaginable. The cottage is well laid out, superbly well equipped and a haven to relax in after a hard day exploring al that the island has to offer. To enjoy it properly you'll benefit from a hire car (most shopping options are in Marsh harbour and take time to explore the lush Southern end of the island."

"We very much enjoyed this cozy cottage. Great location, amply supplied and comfy bed. Hosts were really responsive and it was great to have use of the golf cart. The only thing that could have been a little better was the living room furniture was not a comfortable. We would come again and recommend this as a place to stay"

"Treasure Cay is so beautiful and the villa is perfect. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay from beach chairs to the washer and dryer….which makes life easier with kids and swim suits. Brandon was an amazing host. He went above and beyond as we came in on Christmas Day and our provision delivery fell through. He made sure we had milk, water, coffee creamer and a lot of extras. We would recommend this villa to everyone and we hope to be back next year!"

"Palms & Paradise is a gem...beautifully situated with your own private beach a few yards away and an open water view with easy access to boating! The home is also newly renovated in beautiful neutral tones and feels very much the beach get away. A well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds are icing on the cake. Be sure to take advantage of the owner's network of service providers as well...they could not have been nicer or more reliable. This was our first trip to the Abacos, and we all absolutely loved it!"
