"In awe from the minute we arrived - location, house, amenities, serenity & everything in between were exceptional! Homeowners & caretakers super responsive & easy to communicate with. Golf cart was perfect to go anywhere in Treasure Cay, then recharge at night. Rented boat for 4 days, tied it up each afternoon, & our captain, “Stumpy” took us exploring each day. So many cool places by boat, ate amazing food, drank Goombay Smash, swam w/stingrays & sea turtles, played w/pigs, & having a cooler w/ice was convenient & very nice touch. Afternoons at the house, we kayaked & swam across bay to beach area. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of seating inside & outside for breakfast & dinners. Had local lobster & stone crab! Corn hole competitions & enjoyed playing board games. Exceptionally nice bathrooms, modern kitchen, every room beautifully furnished & decorated. Homeowners considered every minor detail to make the home comfortable & inviting, but my favorite part was sitting on back porch soaking in the beauty & peacefulness. Early risers sipped morning coffee on back porch w/tranquility that most have never experienced. Distance separates our family & it’s difficult to schedule time together, so this quality time together in an amazing environment was one of the best trips ever! I normally don’t like to repeat a vacation, but this far exceeded expectations & we hope to visit again. I find myself frequently reminiscing and cherish the memories & photographs."

"We spent one month in Brian’s villa and had an excellent holiday. He was an outstanding host/owner and a great communicator, giving us detailed information on what the area has to offer. The villa has 4 TV’s and multiple channels and streaming. Plus chairs and sun umbrellas. The kitchen is very well equipped for family meals including all sorts of small appliances; 4 slice toaster, large coffee maker, electric kettle, powerful blender, etc. The gas barbeque was fantastic and we used it nearly every other night. The outdoor seating area was private and lovely and we enjoyed listening to the birds early in the morning. The pool is wonderful as is the beach we enjoy so much. Thank you, Brian for making our holiday a very special one. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning. "

"My family and I had a wonderful vacation thanks to Heather and her beautiful condo. The condo is on the second floor with vaulted ceilings. It’s is beautifully decorated. She has everything you could need. Even pool noodles, beach bag, insulation beach/pool bag, games, kids sand toys and cards. If we had any questions she was quick to respond. The welcome guide was great and we used all her recommendations. I would recommend anyone looking for a quite beautiful getaway book this condo. "

"This house is amazing! Very spacious and beautifully decorated! Our group of 4 teenagers(whomade the lower level their own apartment) and 4 adults never felt cramped with the many seating areas both indoors and out! Equipped with more than enough kitchen gear, towels, kayaks, pool toys, games, and more! "

"We had a wonderful time at Jackson House. The house is exactly as listed. The beach is just steps from the house. The kids played, swam, snorkeled and paddle boarded while the adults relaxed in the sun. We found having a rental car to be very useful. Thanks Leah!"

"The location and design of the property is perfect, a short walk to the main beach and bedrooms that are not adjacent to one another. Having a golf cart included is a really great amenity. If you like a firm mattress, you'll love the king bed. You may need to double up the cushions on the coach to make it comfortable to sit on, but you really won't be spending too much time inside. "
