"The house is nothing special but the bed was comfortable to sleep in and it was in the location we needed to visit family. The kitchen smelled like something was rotting, I think the bins hadn't been disposed of properly before we arrived. There also weren't any towels even though the advert says there will be. It's an okay place to stay as long as you're not expecting luxury."

"The place is spacious for 4 of us. The service from the owner is the first class; very helpful, quick, and friendly. "

"This character property was very spacious, well appointed with high quality fittings and had tasteful modern decor. It was very clean too. Nice and quiet, despite being near the airport. The beds and sofas are comfy and a generous size. The sofas are all very low though, so not suitable for older people or those with mobility issues. There were lots of boardgames in the house, modern TVs with Sky and a space invaders machine. We enjoyed our stay overall, but had a few snags, hence only 4...

"Beautiful little cottage in a gorgeous location. Was only a short stay for us as we had come up to see family, but we’ll come again for a longer stay and do some walking.Alex - the owner - was fab with comms and answered all our questions.Lovely and clean, had everything we needed. "Went for two nights mid-week with my partner and our dog to celebrate my birthday. Lovely little well kept and decorated property. With nice touches like fresh eggs, milk, homemade cakes and fresh flowers when you arrive. Literally on a working farm with all of the hustle and bustle you would expect, but it still felt private, with great views over the fields. Well stocked kitchen, we cooked both nights we were there. Plenty of walking spots nearby and unrestricted use of the hot tub. "

Amazing and stunning Hotel, Spa was trully the bes

"I highly recommend this hotel, I found the swimming pool and the spa amazing. I have never seen the variety of different spa rooms. aroma steam and sauna. Ice room with actual crushed ice. and the jacuzzi being open to the outside with a beautiful view. "

Great value

"One night stay to break up our journey. Setting was lovely in the outskirts of the town surrounded by beautiful countryside. Room was small but clean and comfortable with tea and coffee avaliable. Great restaurant with a good selection of meals. Service was very good. Very surprised at the quality if the breakfast which was excellent and we felt the stay was great value for money."

Excellent value for money

"Excellent place to go if you want to relax and eat delicious food. The onsite bar and pub had excellent food and the customer service was top notch. The only complaint I have is that the room was very warm and we were unable to turn the heat down on the radiator and towel heater. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely be back!"
