"Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time to arrive!"

"Read the description well and all the reviews. As a combination student housing and other mixed-use facility, you may not be used to the arrangement. I personally found it to be perfect for my needs. It was confortable, clean, and had very friendly staff. It is a little bit of a walk to public transportation, but I was trying to walk and get steps in. There is an outdoor courtyard where you can hang out, eat, smoke, whatever. "First impressions when we arrived, was that the hotel was in an uninviting area. We had to push a few door bells and it was all automated opening. It felt a bit too easy to get in to the building, which raised concerns about security. When we got to the room it was nicely set-up for our toddler, and a spacious place.
