"The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in."

"The grounds were beautiful! The tents were spaced out, but not so far that they didn't give a community feel. My boys really enjoyed the river access. It was shallow and easy to get to. The only negative about it was that the walls were thin and I could hear someone coughing at a normal volume in the next apartment. The only other issue was that the instructions about where to park (since Mint House doesn't have parking) were insufficient. They stated that guests could park at 171 Riverplace for $7 a day. But there was no building marked "171", and I needed help from valets at...
