"Everyone at the hotel was nice and polite. The hotel is older and can use a update but surprisingly very clean and comfortable. We also had a pickup loaded with donations for the hurricane victims and felt safe leaving the truck parked there. Over all of the years of travel I would say this was the best experience we have ever had."

"Property was in a excellent location, super spacious, very close to Falls Park, right across the street from Fleur Field, and convenient to dozens and dozens of shops and restaurants. Check in was very straightforward! I got the distinct impression that previous guest's confusion resulted in more 'spelled-out' instructions, especially for parking. "Spacious room in an historic hotel. We found a good price for this room, hard to do because it is arguably the best located hotel in Greenville. The room had a view of the roof, but we didn’t mind, and it was clean and a nice size with a comfy bed. Easy to unload with wonderful bellhops at the front door that will take your bags right up to the room. If you don’t want to valet park, there is a less expensive self-park garage behind the building, that will allow in and our privileges. Nice stay! Thank you!"
