BEWARE!!!
Pay attention to what you’re booking ! We saw all the nice reviews and photos of the rooms and that’s why we booked at this hotel. If you book a standard double room they will put you in some sort of « room » they created directly into the reception lobby !!! (See photos) It’s clearly not supposed to be a room, they simply put up plaster walls in the reception. You can hear absolutely everything in the reception, like you hear the receptionist typing on the computer keyboard !!! There was only one super small window that you can’t even open since it’s directly on the side walk. So you need to have electric lights on even in the middle of the day despite the Sicilian sunlight. We went to the receptionist saying that we were very unhappy with the room since it’s clearly not what was advertised. She told us that they only use this room for people who only stay one or two nights ! So we ask to get into a normal room and she said that we « only paid » (70€) for a standard double room, that we need to pay more if we want to get into one of their apartments. So we gave her 30€ more in cash, didn’t get a receipt, and got into the rooms that are actually advertised online. Also, these rooms are really nice but by no means « apartments » since it’s only a room with the kitchen in front of the bed. There are real apartments that are actually really nice (and even less expensive) closer to the center of the city that we really loved.

Great place to stay
Reception lady excellent. Informative of free parking, direction to Erice chairlift. Lift always good. Driving into the hotel was quite an experience. Room couldn't be faulted.

A great experience!
Great experience! Lia was waiting for my arrival and was readily available throughout my stay for any questions. She also gave me some great tips and recommendations for the area. The Jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for relaxing! The only negative was that there was not an outside window in the room as it went to a small skylighted courtyard.

Easter in Trapani
Appartamenti Trapani In at Easter was great. Just off the procession route we were able to walk to various points in the old town to witness the spectacle. The only downside was the room was a bit noisy as it faced the street. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Note there is NO parking on site but there is public parking available within 10-15 minutes walk.

Nice Hotel in old Trapani
The hotel has been recently remodeled and is in great condition. The room was comfortable, although small. The kitchen is about as small as a usable kitchen can get, and there is no sofa in the unit (but who wants to stay in the unit anyway, we are here to sightsee!) The hotel has an exercise room, sauna and jacuzzi on the roof.

Excellent Location
We stayed at this hotel March 2018. It is in an excellent location for amenities but be warned you can't drive to it (it appeared to be in a restrictive zone which we didn't realize). We dropped our bags off but we are now afraid we might be subject to a ticket for entering the zone. The staff were excellent and met us to check us in. They don't staff the front desk 24 / 7 so be prepared to give them notice on your arrival. It would also be wise to get a map before hand on where to park.

A very modern, clean and comfortable apartment in a convenient location. We loved Trapani. The hotel has no parking, but there is a very large public car park close by. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Central, modern and clean
The receptionist, Sara, was "perfect"! She spoke English well - very helpful and eager to please - prompt and excellent at communicating prior to our stay. She arranged our airport transfer from Trapani airport for €25. The hotel was on a narrow, scary looking lane (at night), but near bars, restaurants and the shops. Rooms were very modern and spotlessly clean, but relatively small for Italy. We were disappointed with the "nickel and dime" charges which were inconvenient and time consuming. Eg. the very slow, front loader coin-up washer/dryer required small change (that the hotel didn't have). Every other hotel we stayed at on our 3 week trip in Italy allowed free use of the washer and dryer and detergent. Also charges for everything in the fridge and for snacks (many hotel rooms in Italy gave us free water and snacks). Rooms were supposed to have a light service every two days but ours was not done even though we stayed 3 nights. The maid used the washing machine for room laundry and left the wet clothes in the machine. Upon departure, the lift was almost completely full of towels while the maid was cleaning the rooms requiring us to do 2 trips in the lift with our luggage. The spa and sauna on rooftop sun deck was a bonus as was the lift. It gave us something to do while we had to stay in for a whole day just to do the washing!
