"Staff were inattentive. At check in I asked to combine my two reservations and was told someone would get back to me, no one did. At check out, it was a near argument with the staff (who were asleep when I was trying to leave) about them saying I needed to have my room checked before I was “allowed” (in his words) to leave. Other staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful when I tried to communicate over Google translate. My room was not cleaned one of the nights I stayed. I expected more...

"We were extremely unhappy with our stay here. 1. It was cold in the room and we couldn’t use the heater, because it doesn’t work during summer time. Another strange thing that guests should pay attention to when booking on Expedia is that the actual hotel address doesn’t match it’s location on the website map. I didn’t notice that when I was looking for the hotel near the place I planned to visit and I had to go by taxi back and forward another 6 km (half an hour drive) every day instead walking...
