"This place was went well above our expectations of hotel stay. It gave you a peace of mind to be in a safe neighborhood with plenty of place to eat and shop nearby. The staff was super friendly and helped us navigate through city of Guanajuato. The stay felt like a little bit like being home and comfortable, with individual keys for each room, for easy access to our party of 5. "Loved the location! We were close to the main area fir eating, shopping and fun, but far enough that we didn’t hear all the people partying at night! It’s a steep walk, but you get use to it fast and taxi/uber can pick up/drop off near the hotel entrance. We will definitely be back!! "
