"Amazing stay! The staff are very attentive and the animals at the property add a very nice touch. You can tell that the owners truly care. We did have one issue, which was that we were served gluten by mistake, but the staff handled it very professionally. Overall, I would highly recommend and we will come back!"

"We are requesting a refund for the reservation we made at Glenduff Manor house because the actual accommodations were not at all like what was described and shown in photos on Travelocity. The photos showed a stately home with lovely private rooms for the guests. It stated that a delicious breakfast would be served daily. It also described a pub for the guests on site.
