"Wonderfull clean and renovated 19th century bungalow. Super clean, great master bedroom and bath with comfy mattress. Petfect location, close to downtown Cedar Falls. Single downside was the tiny loft with tiny beds low ceiling. Good for kids only."

"This is a very nice property. The home was clean and well staged. There is a nice deck overlooking a green space and pond. We were ables to sit outside and relax or congregate in one of two community spaces. The host was responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this property for UNI families visiting their students. "This is a beautiful property. Our whole family enjoyed the venue very much. We are seriously considering using it the next time we get together. "The property was very nice for our group, it was clean and updated. The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, maybe due to the construction on the city street. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it."

When I lifted the bedspread there was a couple pieces of plaster type debris in the bed. Other than that- a very nice place to stay- beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was nice. "
