"The hotel was older but had more personality than the new modern hotels. The property was well maintained and beautifully landscaped. We were even welcomed by a deer passing by. "We have stayed in Sugar Mtn countless times over the decades, both in houses and condos, and we thoroughly enjoyed this round house. It was clean and well-stocked and having two toilets upstairs was nice. My husband and I (in our 60's) stayed in the basement in the bunk beds, a first, and we have never experienced a spiral staircase like that!
