They went above and beyond expectations to make my stay as comfortable as possible, even going so far as to shuttle me back and forth to work when my car couldnt handle the weather conditions. "Pros- very responsive host! - great view of the mountains and slopes - relatively close to alot of stuff Cons- not clear at all how to get to the actual unit. They gave an address to a building on the opposite side of the property, there are 11 buildings so they need to be more clear on instructions on exactly what building to go to and what floor. -No pool/spa access- you have to scan a badge to get into the pool/hottub area and there was no access key left in the room, which the heated pool...

"We loved the location of the Reinhart Rooms, located in the heart of downtown, steps away from everything! The parking spot was key and I think in the summer would be a prized possession. We walked all through downtown, enjoying the restaurants and shopping and then were minutes away from hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The apartment was perfectly appointed, comfortable bed, comfortable furniture, nice sized kitchen for easy meals and plenty of seating. It was a little oasis in the mountains....
