"The property was excellent, newly renovated and very clean. It was very well located, walk distance to the city centre and means of transports. The only thing that there were a lot of steps to get to the apartment, there wasn't any lift. It was hard after a long day of walk. "This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Poorly managed, false expectations created using photos, inaccurate location details that make it difficult to find, no one answers the phone, even though reception is "open" from 10-00am - 10.00pm.
