"My husband, myself, 3 of my adult kids and 5 grandchildren under 7 stayed very comfortably. So many nice rooms. Although very updated had a very nostalgic feel. All of the living spaces were extra large and plenty of seating. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the yard was humongous. We were fortunate to get snow while we were there and the kids had never seen snow since we’re from Georgia. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Wayne. "

"It was as described on their website. Large ranch. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has everything. Outside grill and firepit. Large fenced in yard. Contacted host MANY times during our stay with multiple questions. Always returned my texts quickly. Nothing major. Just things I couldn't find or how Ishould do something. I always received an answer within 10-15 minutes"

"Everything about this property was beautiful. The home itself being located right on the water was perfect for kayaking, fishing, evenings by the fire, relaxing and reconnecting. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything you might need/want. We enjoyed the game room - jenga and family air hockey tournaments. "We only stayed one night to attend a wedding in Groton but would have loved to linger at this delightful historic home. Centrally located and convenient. Stocked with everything you need and so many extra touches that made it special.
