Great location and condo
The condo was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Able to fit my family of 5 easily in this condo. Townsend is a quiet town close to the park entrance.

Another great stay…
This condo is by far the cleanest & most well-appointed In the complex. The owner has thought of all the little things that add up: shoe mat upon entry, coat rack, ample towel hooks, power strips in bedrooms for multiple charging, porch furniture is always ready to use, and only ONE TV REMOTE per TV.

What a FIND!
This place was exactly as posted. It’s in a gated community. It’s very close to Cades Cove and only a small drive to Gatlinburg. The community is clean and very well landscaped. The inside of the condo was stocked with everything and more that we needed. Spare towels, pillows, blankets. Even some cooking spices and kcups! The beds were very comfortable and clean! There is a stand up washer/dryer in the unit and a great walk in shower in the master bath. The neighborhood is nice to walk around in the afternoon. The communication from check in to check out was professional and quick. Would for sure stay here again.

Very clean unit with easy keyless access. Close to Cade’s Cove entrance to park and IGA. This area is the antithesis of Gatlinburg which is what we wanted. Thirty min from Knoxville airport. We had a bit of trouble with access gate and reached the property manager on our first call; he quickly got us the correct code and made sure we knew how to access the keyless lock. Great response. Hot water was hot and showers had nice water pressure. Easy tv operation without four remotes to use and confuse. Thank you for the comfortable accommodations.

Wonderful place to stay!
We loved staying here for our little mini fall break. The quick drive to Pigeon Forge each day was beautiful! Everything is as listed, the host went above and beyond to see we had everything we might need and then some. I can highly recommend this little quite place to anyone! We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you for being an awesome host!

The condo was clean and spacious and easy to access. Great location in the heart of Townsend.The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that pool hours were restricted. We would have loved to be able swim with our kiddos before lunch.

It was better than the pictures. Very clean and quiet area. Sitting in the charts outside of the condo with the mountain views was a plus. The beds were comfortable and spacious. It was a nice hidden gem. Love the teeny tiny stop sign at the exit.

Beautiful spotless apartment!
The unit is just beautiful! Spotlessly clean, every inch. Bed was comfortable. Comfy couches and lovely deck also. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, truly felt like home. Walls are a little thin and the family next door had a very unhappy baby. Otherwise, perfect location for the park and other sites. We would love to return.

Overall great place and location
We really enjoyed this property. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to cook. There was a little bit of slack on the cleaning of the place, but it wasn't a big deal. We were there for a bluegrass festival and the condo was a great location back and forth with children. We did have a little trouble getting in the gate. We didn't realize it was more than just numbers we needed to type. I would suggest maybe putting the whole code in quotations maybe. There was another group trying to get in the gate behind us and they also didn't understand the code. We really enjoyed everything overall and would definitely book again. Very peaceful and family friendly gated neighborhood. Wish we would have been there when we could have taken advantage of the pool.

Perfect in Every Way!
Every detail… Was amazing! This was possibly the cleanest and the most accurately represented condo. I’ve ever rented through online booking. Very spacious and everything you could possibly need was there and ready for our use. Perfect location to everything we wanted to do in Townsend and Cades Cove. Amazing restaurants nearby and we loved the security of the gated entrance for the condo. This will be top of my list Every time I go back to the smoky mountains!

Very clean. Comfortable bed. (Bed pillows not so much - high on one short end, flatter on the other.) Good size rooms, plenty of space. Comfortable big chair, sofa. The back deck had spider webs and traffic noise, so I didn't sit out there. Nice stock of paper towels, TP, soaps, coffee filters - appreciate that. Plenty of towels. Kitchen pans were worn, food stuck. You could definitely hear people next door. Blinds were great for blocking out light(s).

We wanted a quiet place by the park entrance and this was just what we were looking for! Very clean. Exactly as pictured. Shower and beds were great! Had dinner at the Steak and Trout house, we highly recommend.
