"The house was perfect for us. My wife and I had a weekend getaway to historic St Charles. We spent most of our time out walking around downtown and used the house to hang out in the evening and sleeping. The neighborhood was quiet, other than traffic on the main road out front. The neighbors across the alley out back have junk everywhere, but doesn’t affect the property. Parking was a giant concrete pad behind the house. "The town house is in a great location and has a cool vibe. It is an older unit, so be aware the windows rattle when windy and there wasnt an outlet by one of the beds upstairs. The sofa seat cushions were stained. The biggest negative is the two sides of the townhomes are connected by a door on the main floor and a door upstairs. "The property was great for our needs. Had very comfortable beds and heated floors in the bathrooms on the second floor (although we could only get one of the floors to work). Kitchen space was large and beautiful. Space was clean and well-stocked. Neighborhood was ok but not an area I would want to walk around in the dark with my family. Near highway with some noise from the highway but did not bother us. Overall, highly recommend this property."
