"新しいだけあって設備が全て綺麗でした。朝ごはんは時期やタイミングの関係もあるかと思いますが、他の東横インに比べるとちょっと寂しい気がしました。ですが、宿泊に無料で付いてくるので助かりました。駅から近く、飲食店も周囲にあるのでまた鳥取に行く時は泊まりたいです。"

"There was a small stain on the foot blanket in the room. It was either permanent or not washed because it was there after the room was cleaned and bedding changed. The breakfast was great though! "

"Rooms were good size, Onsen public bath was good, walkable distance from Tottori Station and nearby convenience store. Only bad thing was that it was easy to hear neighbouring rooms use their sinks and showers. "

"It was clean. The staff was very nice, they spoke English. There were several on-site parking spaces, these were all very positive. However, the beds were very hard, just a plat of wood, and a very thin mattress, even my children had a difficult time sleeping on them. I have slept on many beds in Japan, and these were the most uncomfortable that I have slept on in four years. I would definitely recommend bringing your own pad or mattress to this location. "Perfect location and value. The hotel was close to the heart of downtown with a less than 10 min walk to all the restaurants and 15 min to the station. Room was very clean, a bit older but that’s expected in TTJ"

"Booked this online at short notice. Japanese style suite (2 rooms + bathroom) was very comfortable and there is a true onsen downstairs. Overall the best part of my stay in Tottori. Arrived too late for the dinner but ryokan is close to a street of restaurants with a huge range of food, plus a supermarket."

"Great location, clean facilities and nice staff. I have a luggage with me so I would have to lug the heavy bag up the stairs though. But other than that, I think it’s a nice place to stay."
